Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your recent purchase! However we understand you may have a change of mind, faulty garment or needing another size. We are happy to offer refunds, credits and exchanges for all full price purchases. 

To be eligible for a return: 

• Must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• All tags must be still attached
• Item must be original condition 
• Please request a return by emailing sales@amiamo.com.au within 7 days of your purchase. Please ensure you include your order number and name. 
• Items damaged in return shipping will not be entitled to a refund – Please reach out to Australia Post for any issues or compensation
• Returns can take up to 8 business days
• Please contact us at sales@amiamo.com.au regarding any faulty items within 3 business days for an exchange, refund or credit 
• If you wish to return swimwear, please ensure the hygiene strip must remain in place with no signs of wear
• Due to hygiene reasons all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Sale items are final sale. No credit or refunds will be issued. 
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Australia post is unable to provide exact delivery dates, instead please use the link below to track your delivery. Tracking number is provided in your order confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

Amiamo will not be held liable for any customs/duties/taxes related fees that might occur for international orders. The fees are at the purchaser’s expense.
