Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your recent purchase! However we understand you may have a change of mind, faulty garment or needing another size. We are happy to offer refunds, credits and exchanges for all full price purchases. 

To be eligible for a return: 

  • Must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • All tags must be still attached
  • Item must be original condition 
  • Please request a return by emailing sales@amiamo.com.au within 7 days of your purchase. Please ensure you include your order number and name. 
  • Items damaged in return shipping will not be entitled to a refund – Please reach out to Australia Post for any issues or compensation
  • Returns can take up to 8 business days
  • Please contact us at sales@amiamo.com.au regarding any faulty items within 3 business days for an exchange, refund or credit 
  • If you wish to return swimwear, please ensure the hygiene strip must remain in place with no signs of wear
  • Due to hygiene reasons all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Sale items are final sale. No credit or refunds will be issued. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
